I am going to a potluck this weekend & will be taking cholee. There will be 40 people at the party. How much cholee should I make?? is it 1 cup for every 7 people or ? thanks
I made chole for a recent potluck at work. There were about 30 people, and a lot of other food as it was for Thanksgiving. I made it with 2 pounds of dry chickpeas, which I soaked and pressure-cooked. The dish was cleaned out.
