Update about SSM Builders, Perungulathur? 50% discount on price?!

are these shifting after the point has already been done in the other place, or are these alterationd before the completion.if it is the former it is costlier, not that hte latter is cheaper...

 

Till now they not started the wiring work for the building. As for my friend's building now only raising the 1st floor, 3 floors to go. Now it self they are charging for shifting Rs.1000/- the flat is in second floor which is not even there.

 

has anyone done customization of flat. can anyone tell the cost of grill gates for main door approximately if we prefer to do it later.

 

Rs.100 to 150 Max per sqft. For Door approximately Rs.6500/-

Allottee's meeting held last Sunday. They agreed, the cost for customisation was high and all that will be cancelled. New drawing showing the electrical points, bath fittings will be provided in 2 weeks and a fresh customisation will be worked out with each flat owner. It is said that at cost will be worked out for this customisation.

Also, for new purchasers all these customisation including semi modular kitchen will be free and flat cost is 4500/sqft.

 

hi came to know that construction work has stopped can any one give update of the situation.

 

Sounds like SSM builders didn't get the environmental clearance and all the work been stopped with immediate effect. Although SSM builders is hopeful of getting the clearance within a month or so but its already close to 3 weeks & nothing much progressed.

It also clearly shows the lack of experience from the builder side. One thing is for sure, we are going to see further delay in this project.
