    1 lime juice with honey
    2 aloo sandwiches, 1 cup tea, 1 mug milk with horlicks
    Lunch - 2 rotis, spring onion sabzi, 1 small bowl dal
    1 apple and 1 chickoo
    Snacks - 1 plate maggi
    Dinner - 2 rotis, 1 teaspoon spring onion sabzi, 1 teaspoon bellpepper sabzi, cabbage toran, 2 piece fish curry, cucumber salad, 1 tablespoon rice, 1 tablespoon rasam
    WO: 15 mins walk
    2 l water

    Sorry friends! My DH had a job change and we were actually enjoying the break between the jobs with lots of roaming around, partying, celebration,outing,shopping etc.
    Initially I managed to workout ...but later on couldn't because by the time we are back home I would be tired...guess I must have had some workouts during my outings;)...because fortunately I did not add on any weights
    Today was his first day in the new place...so getting back to business ....Iam back on track from tomorrow ....will start posting my updates from tomorrow
    Did miss IL ...but din really have the time to post and on top of it I lost track on my diet

    Food :
    Morning: 1 mug skimmed milk with honey,rice flakes,cheese
    Lunch: rice, dal,fish fry,bitter gourd poriyal
    Evening: 1 mug skimmed milk with honey with cheese
    Dinner: cauliflower poriyal ,fish curry,egg omelettes
    Workout: Elliptical
    Water intake : 2 litres

    21 Nov was a normal diet day but no workouts
    22 Nov office lunch - buffet ate too much, dinner was normal, 5 uthkasanas

    Too much of work at office so didnt get time to update. but take care you guys!

    Hello friends, I weigh 74.5 kg. Can I join this thread ? Is it necessary to be exactly 73 kg to join this thread ? I desperately want to lose weight, about 5 kg immediately. I am new to this Forum. Please help me.
