    Meal 1: 1/2 litre water ,methi, lemon with honey, almonds
    Meal 2 : 1 rgg, 1/2 orange,1 kiwi, one glass veg juice
    Meal 3 : apple , green tea
    Meal 4: brown rice with channa masala
    Meal 5: green tea , 2 kiwi , orange
    Meal 6 : oats with jaggery, banana, tomato

    Water -3 litre
    Walking for 5 miles
    squats - 50

    3. workout - 30 mins or more - 1(3 miles leslie walk + arm streching)

    Thanks for the warm welcome sujatha, reh, melon..... Thanks for the motivation.i am following the diet and workout but not posting it...

    For the past two days i had 2 gulab jamuns and 3 pieces of maida butter biscuit(each day)... but i didn't increase weight... i am doing extra workouts for those junks.

    BF red poha pulav, raita, veg kurma, mv pappad
    MM coffee,2 biscuit, 2 jamun, 3 thread of murukku, 2 maid biscui(all home made so ate 1 piece per set(so bad excuses na):hide:
    LUN 1 chapathi, cow peas gravy, raddish curry
    ma melon punch(water melon, puthina, lemon, ginger- juice)
    snk, 1 fruit bowl(guava,,apple, orange) tea
    dinner cucumber raita, 1 chapathi, cow peas gravy, raddish curry
    bb cold badam milk

    2 mile LS walk
    2 mile spot jog

    side bends, lunges, situps, sqats 5 counts each

    My updates

    Thursday (13th Nov)

    Morning - one akki roti
    mid morning - one orange
    lunch - 2 roti+ dal+ ridge gaurd curry
    evening snack - one small dil pasand piece + green tea
    Dinner - PApaya+orange+ green tea

    No exercise again...Due to full loaded work schedules.....continous 3 days of no exercise routine... Today I am feeling myself lazy and full....Will walk a little today...:thumbsdown

    Hi Melon and friends,

    After a long time i got few mins to peep into this thread were i used to hang around whole the day months before. My weight loss journey is in pause. No gain/loss .No time for healthy foods and salads. My sinus is worse now a days. Have to preplan few healthy foods for the week ahead. Will try from this week. Planning to take only soups at night. If time permits i will peep in here to keep on track.
