    Food :
    Morning: 1 mug skimmed milk with honey,2 hard boiled eggs,1 slice cheese
    Lunch: sweet potato,fish curry,ridge gourd poriyal
    Evening: 1 mug skimmed milk with honey
    Dinner: scones with raisins and milk
    Workout: Elliptical ,LS walk 4 miles
    Water intake : 3 litre
    Comments: those scones were too good and couldn't resist :(


    Challenges :
    1. No junk - not done
    2. Early and light dinner - early but not light!
    3. Workout 5/7 for a minimum of 30 minutes - yes 2/7
    4. Do not over eat - don't know :p
    5. Minimum of 3 litres of water a day - done

    No junk - not done (had butter popcorn)
    Exercise - done (1 mile LS walk, 30 mins walk on terrace)

    No change in weight.
