HI All, I am 9 weeks pregnant and i take normal/ usual food routine. To this i add extra fruits and dry fruits intake. I eat atleast 1 fruit every day. i also take little of curds and sprouts daily. Curds i eat with rice for dinner and sprouts only green gram one 1 spoon. I feel that what ever i am going taking isnt sufficient and need to eat more. Could anyone tell me if the usual food routine is just sufficient or i will have to eat more? In my recent visit to gyn, the doc told me its all good. Please help me!! Deesnags
Congrats Dear! As u siad, normal/ usual food routine is good. see, if u feel so hungry even after having a good intake dont stuff u much instead u take fruits & fresh veggies like carrot , cucumber ........ eat a littre of milk every day which is must eat an egg tooo.......... or chose sprouts ( which are must ma) don eat more fruits & sweets taking a fruit or half is sufficient, but usually our frends and yelders used to advice us to take more fruits, which is not advice by DRs so dear , u can have some nuts, a fruit, bowl full of veggies, soup, corn, egg or sprouts milk ( 1 lr per day is must) follow this dea! God bless u , kisses to the little BUNDLE OF JOY on the way for u!
