    I hope you get to connect someone from IL community.


    In the meanwhile try contacting/visiting nearby temples/churches/your religious institution or UP/Rajasthani/Delhi association/Indian Association/ YMCA where you can meet Indians and make friends. You may have to initiate the conversation, but it is worth a try.
