    Wow Ramya.. That's a great variety. How do you give blueberries...chopped? Please share the recipe of apple sooji cereal. Can I give these to my 7 month old?

    Is it ok to give a 7 month old parle g biscuit dipped in milk once in a while? Healthy or not?

    Hi rose, once in a while its OK to give biscuits. It will help your kid to practice chewing.

    Today's menu,
    DD m, 13 mo

    Barley with jaggery
    Banana
    Dal rice with beet, carrot, and spinach
    Saathumavu sweetened with dates
    Mashed potato.

    My dd is not taking rice at nights, and I am not getting good dinner ideas. Help anyone??

    Hi hope2b.You can try moong dal or ragi idlis for dinner instead of plain ones and add pureed veggies in it for colour.Alongwith rice try and include other cereals and pulses like moong and matki in some form that will be appealing. You can include puffed rice that is kurmura,puffed rajgira too in the baby's diet.In this way,baby gets variety and will not get bored of rice.
