    Hi friends,
    can anybody help me urgently,my son is 2 yrs old,all his vaccines details are in one doctors book,but unfortunately I lost it.
    Vaccines till this age are fully given to him.
    wht to do now,vaccines chart is compulsory in school admission n for some other purposes
    wht to do now?


    plz somebody help me

    Google ,thanks for ur fast reply,as my son took vaccines in India n in muscat,now I'm in india
    as u know,in India doctors don't maintain records in normal hospitals(don't know about super speciality hospitals
    really worried how to proceed
