    Lunch - Barnyard millet, sambar, 1 cup of lentil soup
    Snack - Carrot, beans poriyal
    Dinner - 2 Dosa with sambar

    Hello everyone
    i also want to log my food habits here . I had lot of craving for sweets and cheese after delivery. Now lo is 10 months old. I gained 8 kgs wt from pre pregnancy wt.
    today
    bf- 3 dosa with tomato till chutney
    lunch- rice, sambar, tindora curry
    snacks- few mango pieces, urad dal murukku, gulab jamun 5
    dinner- same as lunch and buttermilk

    Friday & Saturday were good, no junk foods.
    Sunday had 3rusks and 2 cookie cake(baked at home-whole wheat).
    Other than that the food was pretty healthy.

    BF : 2 Dosa with Coconut chutney
    Break 1 : Green Tea
    Lunch : 3 Chapati with Carrot Curry
    Break 2 : Cappuccino
    Break 3 : One bowl Corn flakes with Milk
    Dinner : kichidi

    Saturday and Sunday was @ home

    Little bit out of control, But not too bad..

    Today's

    Bf : Upma
    Break 1 : Green Tea
    Lunch : Chapati + Capsicum curry

    Dinner : Planning for Ragi roti

    lunch- rice, spinach dal, broad beans curry, buttermilk
    snacks- murukku, 10 almonds, carrot-beetroot juice
    dinner- 2 phulka, pitla, buttermilk

    lunch- cucumber slices, 2 phulka, palak moong dal curry, 1/4 cup rice, buttermilk
    evng- red lobia beans sundal, 3 oats biscuits
    dinner- lentil pancakes-3, left over sundal

    BF: French toast(4slices) with milkmaid as sweetener + 1/2 egg omlette
    Lunch :Rice+yams curry+capsicum sabzi
    Snack1: Peanut chikki 45gm
    Snack2 : Masala tea
    Snack3: 1/2mango
    Dinner : 3Chapathi+mutter paneer.
