Exercise 15 mins Everyday - June'14 Challenge - Most Committed Loser

    Hi Ladies,

    This month's challenge is to exercise for a minimum of 15 mins everyday. You can choose how you want to exercise and for how long as long as your moving. It can be anything from a 15 min brisk walk to a 1hr spin class at the gym.

    For 2 weeks commit to exercising every day. Remember its okay to start small, as long as you are doing some sort of exercise you are on the right track.

    Small changes will end up making the biggest differences. Its only 2 weeks give it your best and you will be surprised by how you feel and look.

    This challenge starts on the 17th, so you have a few days to get ready for it :)

    This would be the difficult one for me among the other two challenges, but i want to commit and achieve it.My motivation would be all the ladies who have joined this challenge and doing their best.that will keep me going :)

    The plan seems quite good.I will try to do 20 minutes exercise everyday.
