    Evening - 1 tsp of amla juice
    Dinner - 3 oats dosa with tomato chutney

    I am going out of station for my cousins marriage.
    Miss you all till Wednesday..I am sure i will not have control on my food as well. :-(

    Its ok to indulge sometimes. IF you live on 100% policy its diffcult ot manage(atleast for me).

    Yesterday's log:
    Coffee
    BF : Rava dhokla +Coriander chutney
    Lunch :2paneer paratha with butter+curd+pickle+1glass sweet lassi
    (Dairy overload i know:( )
    Snack 1 : Pineapple juice without sugar
    Snack2 : nuts and dates+dry mango
    Dinner : Chapathi + Veg kuruma

    8.a.m tea with sugar and 2 marie biscuits
    breakfast steamed dal vada and buttermilk
    lunch- oats with nuts
    break - green tea
    dinner-2phulkas, dum aalu and dal fry.

    * Chips is DH's fault. I have been avoiding buying fried stuff for few months now but he got my favorites day before yesterday and I couldn't resist:drowning:hide:

    Weekend has been ok ok ,i had one slice veggie pizza and a lebanese roll.Then i baked a cake! else the food was all healthy.
    Monday:
    Coffee
    BF: upma +1banana
    Lunch :Rice,yard long bean sabzi, raw banana and tomato curry.
    Snack 1: Guilty of 1 full pack till laddos(100gms) +1cup coffee
    Snack2: Mango cake(Baked at home)
    Dinner : 2chapathi+1small bowl upma+ veg stew.

    Lunch - Rice, sambar, snakegourd poriyal
    Snacks - Masala pori
    Dinner - 3 dosa with sambar

    Lunch : Rice+Avara coconut sabzi+ cucumber tomato curry
    Snack 1: Popcorn
    Snack 2:pappaya+1/2 kiwi + 1smalll chocolate
    Dinner : 3chapathi+1/2 egg roast+ masoor dal
