    Break 1 : Cappuccino
    Lunch : Rice with bitter guard curry
    Break 2 : Green tea
    Break 3 : omelet
    Dinner : rice with Ladies finer fry and curd

    Lunch : Rice with Brinjal Curry
    Break 3 : Green tea
    Break 4 : Omlet
    Dinner : Ragi malt

    tea with sugar
    breakfast -2 dosa with tomato chutny
    break - milk
    lunch 1 dosa, oats
    green tea, some snacks i just roasted it in microwave wo oil n had it
    dinner - 2 phulkas, brinjal bharta, dal

    Hi All,
    Its long since i logged here. Was checking if without logging food can I still eat healthy. Sunday proved me right because we had a reception and I couldnt eat the sweets because obbattu and custard felt too sweet for me. And I said no for icecream.
    But yesterday I had 2 lays magic masala chips and 3 good day butter biscuits.Which proved me wrong.So here am again.
