    Bf - 3 chapatis with peas/beetroot curry, 1 cup tea
    Lunch - 2 chapatis with same curry
    Evening - 1 cup tea, 2 murukku
    Dinner - Creamy mushroom soup, noodles

    BF : Bread(3slices with jamu and butter)
    Lunch : 2.5roti + chicken curry +sweet lassi
    Snack 1 : Mango + 1piece choccolate cake

    Plan for lunch - pulav (1.5 cup) + kurma + steamed vegetables
    Plan for dinner - 2 dosa + coriander chutney
    Plan for snack - Cantaloupe (cut fruits 1.5 cup)
