My food log.

    Lunch - Rice, rasam, keerai
    Snacks - Peanuts, mixed veg soup
    Dinner - 3 Phulkas with beetroot curry, banana

    8:00 - 1 liter water
    10:00 - flavored rice + mango shake
    13:30 - 3 chapati + mix veg vegetable
    17:00 - orange
    21:30 - two bowls of salad + few piece of mango.

    Bf-1 dosa with sambar
    Lunch - Rice, keerai, 1 piece of fried chicken, few french fries
    Snack - 3 murukkus, 1 cup of tea
    Dinner - Chilli mushroom, banana

    Traveled to attend a family function and had lunch there.

    Bf-Paneer sandwich
    Lunch-Mutton biryani, chicken fry, egg curry
    Snack - 2 cups of tea
    Dinner - 4 dosas with some gravy.

    Totally out of control has biriyani, poori, mysurpa... all that can add the weight in full swing.. :-(( Only exercise was running with daughter to teach her cycling... Hope will have disciplined week ahead. Btw, reduced half a kg last week...may be due to periods...:)

    No logs as such for last three days.
    Friday's was good but i dont remember all the details.
    Saturday dinner we had buffet, so it was out of the window.
    sunday was good but still a bit out of my daily way of eating.

    Looks like most of us are having sticking to our regular diet during weekends..good to know that I am not the only one :p:hide:

    food log for today
    7.30- tea
    9.30- 2uttapams with tomato chutny
    10.30- milk
    1.30-1 chapati and lil curd rice and 1 sweet lime
    5.30- tea
    9- planning phulka,ridgeguard subzi and drumstick sambar

    Hi All,

    Week end made me to eat a lot which was out of control.
    Friday was good, I maintained My regular food log.
    Saturday went out for lunch
    Sunday I prepared some specials for my kid which made me to eat as well :)

    Today on wards i will follow my food log again.

    So far i had

    BF : 3 idly with coconut chutney
    Glass of milk
    Break 1 : Green tea
    Lunch : Rice with palak dal
    Break 2 : Cappuccino
    Break 3 : Green tea.
    Dinner : planning to have jawar roti. will keep you updated tomorrow. :)
