weightloss friends group 2014

    Gr8 prameela..u have gr8 commitment dear...hope u reach u r goal soon......Update from myside is i am still stuck at 75.5 kg....

    Planning to increase the exercise regime from today..n see whether the scale moves...

    Also need to do portion control..at times i end up eating more.....

    Nights are always problematic fr me..day time is ok..night i end up eating more...
    any pointers fr this plz suggest...

    akineel dear, i can understand how it feels when number goes up.. still u knw what ur body is going through right now.. so be calm, relax until u r back to normal.. then kickstart!!!

    kalreth.. dinner has to go light dear.. if u want u can finish ur dinner 3-4 hours before you go to bed and if u feel hungry or so before bed.. have a glass of low fat milk or any fruit.... but pls dont overeat during dinner....!!

    Don't worry, it may be muscle gain too. Weight is not everythign right, so take care dear.

    Melon- How are your kids now?

    Prameela- Wow... You spend so much time in the gym. Hope you are having good and enough protein too. Take care..

    Morning: Oats+yogurt+blueberries
    MM: 2 cups green tea
    Lunch- Pasta+green leaves salad
    Evening- Green tea+banana
    Before workout- 1.5 slice whole wheat bread
    After workout (dinner)- Bean soup with 1 spoon cous cous and 3 slices brown bread.

    3 miles Leslie+2 miles outside.

    Mathi- I too will add the methi seed as a challenge. Else I have once in 2 weeks.

    Feb 24 updates:
    ----------------------
    400ml water
    BF: 2 waffles and coffee
    MM: 600ml green tea, broccoli-carrot-strawberry salad
    Lunch: oats with buttermilk
    Evening: 1 banana, 1/2 cup popcorn
    Dinner: sweet corn-veggie soup with 1 roti and boiled egg

    Workout:

    6 miles walk

    me too completed.. did 45 mins cycling around 16kms - 370 cal burned!!!:cheers
