    FOOD

    1. Morning Drink - Coffee, Tea, Horlicks, Oats Kanji, Other Kanji

    2. Breakfast - Corn flakes, Oatsupma, 4 Idli 2 Dosa

    3. Mid break - Bunch of Grapes, 1glass thin buttermilk, Nuts

    4. Lunch - Pasta, Brokenwheat, Rava, Vermicelli, Chapati(Avoid RICE)

    5. Evening Tea - Tea, Green Tea, coffee, Juice(no sugar)

    6. Dinner - Fruits, salads, Oats dosa, Upma, Buttermilk


    My Exercise for day


    30mins walk

    20mins yoga

    30mins Gym

    30mins Aerobics dance

    Hi Ladies,


    How are you doing today. It is good to see that we all gather to shred some weight.


    My diet for day:-


    1. Morning Drink - 1 cup tea + 4 biscuits (Marie)


    2. Breakfast - 1 cup poha


    3. Mid break - 1 cup Green tea


    4. Lunch - 3 Chapathi with Dal & curry + 1 glass buttermilk


    5. Evening Tea - Handfull of Grapes + 1 cup tea + biscuits


    6. Dinner - Broken wheat UPMA with full of veggies + Fruits( Before 8:30)


    My Exercise for day :-


    30 min Walk


    1L water

    I have to start yoga but could not get time with office hours...

    for day (21 Feb 2014)

    1. Morning Drink - Honey with hot water and a few drops of lemon juice

    2. Breakfast - 01 small piece of pittu with egg

    3. Mid break - Coffee

    4. Lunch - Small portion of rice with chicken and 3 veggies (and salad)

    5. Evening Tea - Green tea

    6. Dinner - 2 small chapatis with salad


    My Exercise for day
    Walked just for 200m in the morning to office
    I will walk for 20 minutes in the evening (after office)
    Regular house hold works till I go to bed (climbing stair cases, sweeping the house, and cooking as I am fully engaged with house work now)

    Hello dear friends.

    I have cold, cough and Wheezing problem..
    All because of A/C , and being in office after 6pm..

    Infact i ate non-veg through out day without any exercise:bonk


    My lame excuse,:hide: not feeling well and from monday m stopping
    non-veg for almost 5-6 months(doing 16 weeks somwar vrath)

    Will join u gals from monday.. Happy week-end
