weightloss friends group 2014

    Week 3 - 17/02/14 - 23/02/14
    Day - 20/02/2014
    Diet:
    Morning: Fenugreek + water
    Breakfast: 1 whole wheat Bean quesadilla without cheese
    Mid morning - green tea
    Lunch - 2 Ragi dosa + sambhar + buttermilk
    Evening - Green Tea + 1/2 cup sabudana kichdi
    Dinner - Blueberry lettuce salad

    Water: 4 lts

    Exercise:
    JM shred 30 mins + 10 mins walk

    meal2: 1 cup boiled sweet potato,2 cups vegetable fry in fat free oil,ghee rava upma 1/2 cup:hide:
    meal3: bowl of Knoor vegetable soup with sweet corn,1/2cup cracked wheat upma
    meal4: 1/4cup toasted corn(brought from indian stores:bonk) 2figs
    meal5: 1/2 cup carrot rice,1 apple,soup

    MS - milk, 1 spoon tutti fruitty
    Lunch - 3 millet dosa, rasam, tomato chutney,cucumber slices
    Es - 2 cookies
    Dinner - water melon, 1 cake :bonk, tomato slices

    water more than 2.5 ltrs
    exercise ls 3 mile hiits walk

    oil less than 2 spoons

    400 ml hot water with lime, 1/2 cup tea
    BF- Granola with pumpkin,flax seeds/milk
    MM= nuts fist ful
    Lunch-2 chapati, bhindi poriyal
    MA- Yogurt
    Eve- 1/2 apple, green tea-400 ml
    night- poha upma, cucumber salad

    1.5 l of detox water between meals apart from water

    Gym : 1500 calories
    Diet :
    6:00 am - coffee
    9:00 am - soup
    1200 pm - 1 chapati + egg plant curry + salad + butter milk
    6:00 pm - 3 pizza slices

    Hi,

    I have lost 1 kg so far this month n currently at 75.5 kg...will check the weight on weekend and post..now a days trying to maintain fud log..during weekdays i do it as i am at office but weekends i don't and mostly all weekends are disasters..
    How do you maintain diet n fitness regime on weekends..any tips plz share...

    no prob about weekend...All would be busy in week ends so having or noting a food journal is bit difficult..food journal is only to track our diet.. if you are having in a portion control , then no need of a journal. If you cannot , stick a paper in our kitchen only for week ends and write down what you are having in week ends, from a biscuit to 1 glass of water. Then go through it , you will find out how your diet is going on in week ends....
