    Feb 14th Update

    Breakfast- Ragi ganji + buttermilk
    Mid- Green Tea
    Lunch- 1 chapathi+soya chunks fry+1 bean burger patty(home made with less than a tsp oil)+tomato soup
    Late Evening- 1/2 chapathi+peppermint tea
    Dinner- (ate out) 2 jalapeno breaded peppers, garlic bread (thin), 2 pieces haloumi, little rice, few fries

    No exercise. except 2 miles walk outside.

    Feb 15th Update

    Breakfast- oats rava dosa
    Lunch- 2 chapathi+ green peas and mushroom curry
    Late Evening- 4 MW spring rolls
    Dinner- (ate out) 1 roti+2 spoons malai kofta

    3miles LS (HIITS) + 1.5 miles outside

    Feb 16th Update

    Breakfast- 2 chapthi + green peas and mushroom curry
    Lunch- Lunch at friend's house- 1 alu paratha + 1 spoon paneer bhurji + 1 serving baingan
    Evening- 1 spoon carrot halwa- don't like it but ate out of courtesy
    Dinner- poha mixed with puliyogre mix

    Outside- 1 mile; started LS, but due to pain in knee stopped.

    Overall, this weekend has been one meal outside and have tried portion control but since exerceise was low I am not very happy about it. I went down to 75.9 on Thursday, but today back to 76.5 so that's how well my body coped to food with low exercise.

    I am back in Doha... Fully home sick... I feel like I've left all my happiness back home...

    Will take rest for a day and resume to routine from tomorrow.

    its 2 teaspoon dear... approximately... it can be little more or less...

    if u r cooking for 4 members use only 1/2 tsp oil for each person... this will help u to utilize oil under control...

    Brunch: 2 Methi paratha with aloo-gobi, dal fry
    Evenign: nuts and tea
    Dinner: 2 pulkas with Mutter-Tofu curry, rasam rice and curd
