Feb 2014 Weightloss Challenges

    Hi All,

    Iam Anushya, mother of 2. My daughter is 4 by feb 18 and my son is 5 months old. I have put on 25 kgs extra during my pregnancy.Please help me in reducing my weight:)

    superb idea!!! iam in and already doing this for breakfast....i drink about a litre oddd of green smoothies made of palak and fruits includinng banana....:)

    Count me in....

    I am signed in for 3 biggest steps from today on wards
    1- 7 glasses of water daily
    2- No fried food on week days
    3- Reduce the size of my meals, instead supplement it with few other simple meals in every 3-4 hrs (fruits)
    4- Walk as much as I can

    I am currently 80kgs 165 cm in hight

    We should be able to tell us how we are progressing at least by end of Feb... and continue to go there...

    I think u should add on green tea in the morning with honey......... my target is to be 79kgs by end of april

    count me in.... my current wait is 71 Kgs and my target is 61 Kgs. My routine is 10 glasses of water daily.. 1 hr work...15 min suryanamaskar and some yoga...no junk food and less oil food...no sweets....

    Okay.. Let me add green tea and remove junk food from my diet. We all will check our weight on the last day of Feb to see the difference.

    I forgot one more thing... I've recently started drinking honey with warm water in empty stomach in the morning.
    Also, I am planning to completely cut off tea/coffee during the day, instead I am going to supplement it with honey and warm water mix/juices/green tea

    No carbonated beverages, as I consume a lot of cokes, which I am going to give up
