    Hi Bucat, its ok to rest when your body needs it... that is the only way to re-energize yourself... so take rest when required and walk those miles off when you are fit again :)

    Hi Poovai,

    Lovely name!! nice workouts walking and elliptical. Do you do any other type of workouts? I am starting to put in 30 mins of freestyle stretching and crunches since yesterday. for the past whole month I was only doing walking... so wanted to bring in some variety.

    Feb 02 - 7.5 km.
    Feb 03 - 6 km.
    Feb 04 - 8 km.
    Feb 05 - 6.5 km.
    Feb 06 - 5 km.
    Feb 07 - 2 km.
    Feb 08 - 10 km.
    Feb 09 - 3 km.


    Total so far = 52 km. Remaining = 108 km.
