    Preethi.... one day of junk is ok but eat some extra raw veggies and sprouts next day..I am in your club, i will check my weight daily to keep me in track.

    mm: nil
    lun: 1 moong dal idli 1 cracked wheat dosa with tomato chutney , 1/2 cup veg soup
    1 laddoo, 2 tbspn kesari, 1 spn beetroot halwa
    Snack 1 bowl pappaya, 1 khakara with smashed sweet potato
    eve 2 biscuit, tea
    dinner 1 cracked wheat dosa with tomato chutney , 1/2 cup veg soup


    workout

    30 +20 min spot jogging
    20 min brisk walk
    40 min shuttle


    liq 2 lt
    total point - 5

    Even though i did extra workouts,200 gms weight gain because of junk...

    An update on weight loss

    An update on my weight loss( 30/1/2014 - 5/2/2014). I have lost 700 gms my friends but since its my monthly cycle time i am not finding the accurate results. I have definitely dropped by a few more but because of monthly time its not showing the total weight loss. But its a loss inspite of nearing monthly cycle.

    So happy ... yuhuuuuuuuuuuuu .. where is the party ?? ada namma vuttula party

    your dinner photos are inspiring..yeah started having healthy fud n no junk..need to follow whole month..

    my weight is not moving at all..my eating patterns were not right..keeping fud journal now..let me see this week n will update...
