    Was not able to connect to the internet :( from last 3-4 days ...
    but I was keeping my Food journal daily :))


    31/01/2014
    Diet
    EM = Warm water +
    B/f = 2 pulka +gobi sabji+2 rusk+tea
    MM =1 glass Badam Milk + 1 bolied egg
    Lunch = 3small moong daal +samegreen sabji
    Evening= Tea+2rusk
    Dinner = Prawns biryani

    WATER =2 liters
    Exercise=1hr Yoga +30 mints walk

    CONSISTENCY=*
    KEEP FOOD JOURNAL =*
    WATER INTAKE =*
    EXERCISE=**
    STOP EATING BEFORE 8.30pm=*

    Lunch = 3small dosa + potato sabji
    Evening= Tea
    Dinner = puri +mutter paneer+ 2 gulab jaamun

    Hi melon,

    Nice challenge this week..though i missed yesterday want to follow frm 2day..

    1. Daily workout of 45 min everyday
    2. no rice in night
    3. No sweets fr feb month..

    I din't loose weight in whole month of jan and currently i am at 76.5 Kg. Goal is to loose 2 kgs by feb end..my dinners are always disasters and weekends too..Jan i was having sugary treat almost everyday need to cut down on that front..
    Good part is in office i am not having any junk..

    Congrats to all who lost weight this month..:)

    Will try to be more consistent this month..need to fall on track as quickly as possible..

    I was out of town and couldn't come here..

    My food and workout log for the past four days...

    31-Jan-14:

    B: cornflakes with milk+dried cranberries and dates
    MM: green tea
    L: kadhi barley with brinjal curry
    E: tea with marie biscuits
    LE: corn with onion+salt+pepper+lime
    D: dosa with coconut chutney + 1 sp kesari

    Water: 2.5l

    Workout: 2 miles outside

    B: brown bread with peanut butter + watermelon (3 pc) + tea
    L: 1/2 cup veg noodles
    E: mango lassi
    LE: tender coconut + bhel puri
    D: half masala dosa with coconut chutney + 1 puri with veg kuruma + 3 pc onion pakoda

    Water: 2 l

    Workout: Rock climbing for 40 mins + 1 hour walking

    Workout: 20 mins leisure walking

    Yesterday I was tired and didn't do much activity other than eating.. today onwards back on track..

    Thank you so so much for motivating me dear..I had a conviction and here I go..successfully completed JM shred level 1..(following your tips)..my happiness had no boundaries..I did it..and will continue to do it going forward..thanks IL..no where can I get such motivation...am all excited... :thankyou2:
