Anybody from Al Taawun or qasba?

I live in AL BAWADI 1 building near al tawun roundabout..we could meet in the new park which is opened close by...

Hello All, We are planning to move to the Al taawun/Al Khan Area. Any of you ladies have any recommendations for good buildings (with good maintanence) etc in that area please?

I am planning to move to Al Taawun close to Arab Mall? I moved to the UAE recently so not very familiar with areas yet. Could please you recommend a few nice clean buildings with good maintanence in that area?

Do you have any opinion on Al Saad Tower (next to Oriana Hospital) or DilMukh Tower (which is next to one of the Tiger buildings...behind Sharjah Islamic Bank Apts).

Any other pointers would be really helpful. Will have to finalize something very soon....appreaciate your response!!
