    Workout: 6 miles (3 miles LS + 3 miles outside)

    This group is quite motivating...I am silent reader of this thread frm past few days..i have taken up 3rd week challenge and trying to follow as far as possible.

    Let me check will there be any weight loss at the end of week. but any ways it will be starting point fr me..either ways will b happy as i'l be following diet n dng some amt of wrkout..
