    Hi San, Welcome here. 0.4 kg weightloss in a week not at all bad. Ya you can add a colourful ticker which gives more motivation.

    Click this link. Design your own ticker. And in end bb code will be displayed copy.
    And follow these instructions.

    1. Sign-in to your account
    2. Click on "User CP" on the horizontal Purple menu bar and select 'Edit Signature'.

    My update for 13th Jan
    Early Morning- 800 ml luke warm water+methi
    7.15 am - Hotwater+honey
    7.30 am -2 urad dosa+tomato onion chutney
    11.00 am - 2 brown bread+black tea(was very hungry) as i didnt bring snack to office
    12.00 pm - 1 sandwich(contained mayonnaise+cucumber)+salad(cucumber-cabbage-tomato)
    2.00 -3.00 pm- 2 green teas
    Workout- 6 to 7 pm
    Dinner shall be tomato-carrot soup with 2 spoon oats.

    When is the next challenge gng to start..I read on page3 the challenge was from 6-12 Jan 2014..Eagerly waiting for the next challenge to start so that i too can join n try to b on track..

    em-400 ml warm water with lime honey,4 badam
    bf-1.5 dosa, peanut coriander chutney, horlicks-1 cup
    mm-1/2 banana
    lunch- rice, broccoli more kulambu, plaintain poriyal, spinach mash
    eve- 2 brown rice cracker
    night-1 Rava dosa, lettuce salad -1 bowl, green tea-400 ml

    I'm in special days from fri so no weightloss.. but good that there is no weight gain too.. :)
