    Don't think of water as just a something you have to do..remember all the benefits you get out of drinking water..you need it to hydrate your muscles and joints to keep that workout going without getting too tired. balancing the fluids in the body. and many many more..

    Friends,
    Since I see some of our friends already started posting their challenges, let us stick to the same system that we follow before.

    Let us raise doable challenges according to our ability to gain healthy habits.
    Each challenge carries points in such a way that sum of all points from all the challenges we raise, leads to 1 point per day.
    So, total 10 points for the first 10 days of this month....same for the rest two weighing phases.

    1.No Junk/sweets
    2.Exercise 6 days a week
    3.Any form of breathing and relaxation all days.
    4.Mini morning workouts atleast for 10 mins- all days

    2 rotis with shrimp curry
    1/4 cheese cake
    2 pori urundai
    noodles - moderate quantity

    35 min of Eliptical.

    Not a good start for this month.

    My challenges:

    Daily exercise and no junk/snacks.

    No choclates/biscuits in the evening.
    Walking atleast 45 mins 6 days a week
    Drink water every 1 hr and move every 1 hr
    Eating on time
    Have veg + fruits + curd

    I have simple goals for the first 10 days and liberal on my eating habits.
