    Yesterrday had family conference at church so was eating whatever we got all healthy but 4 meals

    Todays update
    Bf..3 nos rice balls with jaggery
    Lunch1 spoon rice with fish
    Dinner1 glass milk low ft with 2 biscuits

    11/15 updates

    morning tea/2 slices of bread with turkey
    lunch 21/2 rotis/with chicken curry/bowl of curd
    snacks dates
    dinner 1 roti/jeera rice/mutton curry/chciken curry/curd/1 slice of pineapple cake(had a tasty meal.. but slept with guilty feeling)

    water 3ltrs
    exercise nil

    breakfast tea/1 small fist of upma with loads of curd/small chutney
    lunch rice/curry/dal/curd
    snack had little temple food including kesari 1/2 rasgolla
    dinner rice with curry/curd

    will do my workout from tommorow.. without exercise i go wrong badly.. am scared to see my weight.

    Once in a while, its ok Anu... Don't feel too much guilty of it... You know how to shed them...

    My weekend was a total mess... Had family get togethers and ended up eating party foods....

    Warm water
    Coffee
    Breakfast: Little Upma + Corn flakes with milk & dates
    Lunch: Rice with kadalai curry + Cabbage stir fry + chocolate
    Evening: Coffee + murukku
    Garlic bread
    Dinner: Outside - Paneer dosa + 1 poori

    Water: 2.5 litres
    Exercise: 30 mins (JM level 1 shred - Day 4)

    Sridevi, I got back from India this August. This was the first time I experienced such a bad jet lag. Don't worry..you will be back to normalcy soon.

    Ladies, Yesterday was so bad.

    bf - FF milk/ 5 spoons pongal
    lunch - spinach rice/kovakkai
    dinner - 1 thin slice pizza and a cake.

    Elliptical - 45 min because of the snacks

    Cheats - 10 pieces of peanut&Till burfi and 3 raisin covered chocolates. Never had I eaten this much snacks in recent times. Yesterday, I just wanted to eat whatever I saw.

    Today:
    FF Milk
    lunch - bisi bela bath 10 spoons/bitter guard
    2 prunes.

    Reshmi, I am interested to know the answer too.
