    Chicken 1 kg
    onion 4 pcs large
    Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
    Two green chillies
    One large tomato
    Chicken masala 2 table spoon
    Cumin Powder 2 teaspoon
    Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
    black papper powder 2 teaspoon
Chlli powder n salt as per taste

Make smooth paster of tomato n two onion and chop rest onions.
Put musturd oil in kadai around 3 tablespoon and add chopped onion n green chilli. Fry onion till it turns pink and put chicken. Now add onion tomato paste along with ginger garlic past and all dry masalas. Keep falame low. Now chicken start leaving water cover it for around 10 min. Now open d lid and increase flame to highest. Fry it till all water dries and chicken start leaving oil. Remember to fry properly otherwise masalas will taste raw. Now u can eat fry chicken but in bihar chicken cury r lil watery. So u can add lil water as per ur requirement and add some garam masala powder and boil for 2 min
