    Hi,

(I am not sure where to post this, so posting it here. Please move it in case it suits somewhere else, thanks!)

I think my DH is suffering from a disorder called REM behavior disorder (not sure though). He involuntarily does actions he has in his dreams, in real too. Like the other day, he had a dream of playing foot ball, in real, he kicked the mirror and broke it. (That was the only dangerous incident ever happened).

Many times he wakes me up while he is still dreaming, sits or stands on bed and talks something I dont understand (probably whatever he talks in his dreams). Is this normal? Do you know anyone facing this issue? I am sometimes scared what he may do when I am sleeping with him and he does some dangerous acts. Or should I visit a doc??? Thanks in advance!

    Hello,
I don't think there is any dangerous thing speaking in sleep is quite normal. When some person is not having his wishes fulfill then he thinks all time about it and result is he talk about it in the sleep.
