    Morning : 1 Cup Mixed Fruits Kellogs + Milk
    11 AM : Half Cup Cofee (less sugar)
    Lunch : Veg /Paneer Fried Rice
    Evening : Half Cup Cofee (less sugar)
    Dinner : 3 Chappati + Sprouts Gravy

    Half an hour Walking.. No Excersise ..Yet to start :bonk
