    Especially the point for no junk.


    Now i am planning to do abs workout for 10 min in 3 sets (not continuously, but total 30 min) . Is it ok for the workout?

    Me too, Melon.. It was a low energy day for me. I felt like exhausted. Still managed to go 30 mins walking in treadmill. But, had outside food for dinner.

    How is your back pain now? Take care.

    Update for June 10, 2013

    Breakfast: 2 Idlis + Amla dipped in honey
    1 banana + 2 pieces watermelon
    2 slices of bread with nutella
    Lunch: Rice with Dal + spinach + 1 boiled egg
    Coffee
    Dinner: 1 Naan + little chicken Briyani with Chicken curry + grilled chicken + 1 Gulab jamun.

    Water: 3.5 litres
    Exercise: 30 mins walking

    Though, I'd outside food, this time I managed to choose something not oily.

    Total points: 8 (lost for sweet and outside food)

    Good to know you are better now :) yes dear you can use the crape bandage without doctor's advice...... on muscle pull and sprain we can use it without doctor's advice.

    Today i just started with 3 miles ls... Getting bk pain on and off.... Even i had lots of outside food last week....

    Glad the idea helped u... Dear u can split your workout.. No issues at all...

    Do more of upperbody workout... Dont strain your feet...
