    Break: 3 small size bonda

    I lose 0.5 points today, as my MIL visited our house i am not able to complete my workout today.

    Bfast - skipped
    Lunch - early lunch - sambar rice and curd rice with cauliflower curry
    Dinner - 2 dosa and lil rice(half scoop)

    Snacks - friends bday party, hence had 1/2 of one small cup cake and 2 spoons kesari.

    Exercise:
    7.5 miles cycling

    My update for today
    Water 3.5 Lts
    Morning tea
    Papaya
    dal, chapati and brinjal bharta
    Mix vegetable juice
    brinjal bharta with curds for dinner

    3 miles LS walk
    !5 mins floor workout

    I'm putting all my efforts but not able to reduce my weight. I'm really sad.
    Earlier I was drinking only 2.5 Lts water now I've increased that too.
    What else can I do. i'm following it from past 4 mths.
