    Cereals and tea
    Rice with curd
    5 cherries, 2 crackers, small piece cheese and tea
    Cracked wheat upma with vegetables

    Water 2.5lt, fruits intake is not good today

    Workout
    3 miles on elliptical, 5 min cycling, 45 min gardening

    Exercise nil( due to home cleaning feeling guilty for no workout)

    Hi Sri and buddies

    Sorry I was on and off... My weight remain the same, however I am feeling good, I have taken gardening now. For the past few days I was buying some plants,bulbs seeds and other accessories. I have planted them all. Now my garden looks nice and colourful. Since I'm outside, I'm enjoyed the birds signing and the fresh air, I would like to enjoy the sun, but no luck in London.

    Anyway I having my BIL's family for this weekend, so have to be careful with the diet. The fridge is filled with goodies and I am avoiding going anywhere near that, unfortunately I have to cook party food !!!! Big challenge to my mental stamina ...

    B.f fruit bowl
    Lunch dal makhani + low fat yoghurt
    Break 6 satsumas
    Evening 1 cup warm water with honey and lemon + 5 dates + 5 almonds
    Dinner planning to have 1 cup steamed peanut salad

    Exercise
    1/2 hour gardening
    1/2 hour walking
