    Breakfast - 1 cup granola
    Lunch - 1 cup rice, sambar,pumpkin curry,egg omelete
    Dinner - 1 cup semolina,dry fish
    Snacks - orange,grapes,buttermilk,tea
    exercise - abs workout 30 min
    I feel that i am doing good.....:)
    planning to weigh on May 10th...:thumbsup

    ex i dont know what happened today.. my leg was hurting so badly still i could manage to walk for 2miles for 45mins=240cals

    water- 3 ltrs
    food-honey lemon water,sunflower seeds,half apple and half banana
    watermelon
    rice, veg,yogurt
    eve- fruit salad,1 idly,sambar
    6.00 pm- apple,peanut butter
    8.30- veg salad

    exercise- mor- 5 sets SN
    eve- 45 mins group acrdio workout

    tue- may 7
    water-3.5 ltrs
    food- 1 bread slice with peanut butter,half banana
    1/4 of following: bagel,croissant, muffin
    papaya before lunch
    lunch- quinoa,kale greens,cabbage curry, sambar,yogurt
    evening- buttermilk with boondhi
    dinner- 6.00 pm- rava kichadi,cabbage curry,watermelon
    horlicks
    8.30- half banana
    exercise- 1 hr group floor workout and weights
    1 hr brisk walk at home.

    I will be taking a break for one month as i am having severe lower back pain and my dr has advised no exercise.
