    Breakfast- Multigrain porridge (ate little); orange juice
    Snack-Banana
    Lunch- ate just 2 mouth fuls of curd rice
    Snack-Few bites of chapathi
    Dinner-Rice with whitepumpkin,karamani,aloo brinjal sambar
    Pre-sleep snack-Apple-banana milkshake

    snack - sathumavu kanji
    lunch - veg upma, scrambled egg
    snack - cheese corn balls, pineapple-avocado puree
    dinner - chapati (didn't eat), wheat biscuit cereal

    @golumolu at 14 months a kid should ideally be having 3 full meals and 2 snacks. Banana is considered as snack food rather than a meal.

    As long as your dd does not catch cold frequently (and digestion seems to be ok)it is ok to give 2 bananas a day.

    Also you need not add sugar to banana/milk. Banana itself is sweet.

    Mid morning: dal rice
    Lunch: rasam rice, cauliflower curry
    Snack: apple jack cereal
    Dinner: adai, strawberry soy yogurt

    Thanks Ramya. I also wonder how much quantity they should eat which could be called as 1 complete meal. Many times she eats only 2-3 spoons..sometimes no increases though so i always get confused.
    Also can you suggest me some options for regular meals.

    Evening : Mango Milkshake
    Dinner : Chapati with ghee & sambar

    @ golumolu : In fact at 14 months , you can start giving all food that you prepare for yourself... that way she will eat every type of food as well as she will be used to the routine as well.
    you can give her chapati mashed in milk/chapati mashed in ghee n gud/different milkshakes/ladoos (besan/peanuts/etc...) /different types of rice/khichdi/pulao,etc...
