    Good morning guys ( sunday morning) I will start updating mine from tomorrow. Where are you Kalpak.. I will stick to oats in the morning and dinner @ lassya... and 200 calories per day.

    Yah I will concentrate on loosing 1 kg before next Monday (Feb 11).

    Let me know your diet that you want to follow? i realy wanna to know and it give me an idea....
    lets motivate each other and lets get this done... i do have 19 month old baby at home , getting hard to do any exercise when she is awake...... sometimes i do before going to bed, sometime early in the morning.....

    How was the weekend?
    My weight this morning is 66.6 kg. ( all time less from jan, 2013)
    Today will be bit busy with some other work. So, post my plans this evening.
    What I did for weekend is, Saturday night buttermilk for dinner n Sunday nit veg sandwich.
    Share your plans... I will share mine too. Lets fix our plan to follow this week. Ok na?

    Hi Jayadhi my weight by today morning is 70.1 kg. Had oats porridge for breakfast. today no work out since have some work. so will update you from tomorrow on my work out :). Please share your thoughts on work out lets join hands together. :thumbsup

    Today My weight is 71.5kg,before next monday my target is 70.2
    Last 2 days i did 6 miles of LS.Today no time to do the exercise in the morning, will update my exercise tomorrow.

    hi chandrika...and other friends,..how was your weekend went?mine was ok...Saturday no exercise,today did only 2 miles.morning and dinner was good in diet.but lunch going bad...have to control.
