    Nicely written article. It includes relevant points. Another common mistake people make is to Skip Breakfast. If you start the day on a full stomach by eating a healthy breakfast and then spend the rest of the day eating just enough during the day time meals but exercising too, it helps maintain better weight in the long run. Skipping breakfast leads to overeating in the afternoon and evening.
