    My today routine
    Warm water with lemon n honey
    Sprouts for bkfst
    Idli sambhar for lunch
    2 onion Bengal with tea in eve
    Dinner chicken n rot I

    Workout
    1hrs treadmill

    Hi Pinki, Others Friends,

    My today's updates:
    bf - 1 cup coffee with 2 bread slices(from tomorrow, i will be back to my oats)
    lunch - rice/sambar(i prepared), little rasam rice, with lady's finger poriyal
    eve - 5 channa dhal vada & 1 cup elachi tea

    No ex.

    Last 3 days, my routine got messed out. I can very well see it. From, tomorrow I will be back on my correct routine. I will start my gym also with full strength. I'll post my healthy routine from tomorrow.

    I did not check my wt also for the past few days ;)

    sunday diet:
    tea
    1 dosa
    lunch- 1 chicken wrap, 2 pieces of biriyani
    tea
    dinnee- magie noodles


    monday:
    green tea
    cofee
    KellogsK
    lunch- planning to have chapathi peas masala from office canteen.

    me too fall in this range, I am planning to do brisk walk religiously for next 20 days atleast and see if that makes any difference.

    Also food part - my tongue drools over sweets too much , so no sweets for next 20 days and no other junk food

    Hey vanithsekar u r doing nice do one thing never eat anything that is made of all purpose flour at night..it will help u..u can try some other low calories food at night..good luck :)

    Teechak..I am also a sweet lover can't controlled myself..more I think more I crave.. but when ever I feel I eat a small chocolate piece..to control..but when I see Indian sweet then I forget everything..:-( lol...

    Yea today is monday n 20 more days to go,with this diet n exercise last sat i weigh n its was .5 less then my weight..this week i am cutting my oil/fat intake.. Hope to see some nice result at the end of this week..good luck everyone..:)

    hi ladies,
    how are you all doing?
    Today was a busy day at work. I did not have time to relax at all. But, I came home on time & went to gym.

    Updates:

    Morning - 1 bowl of honey bunch of oats
    Got a chance to climb 100 stairs after my train travel to office.. I was breathing out hard.
    Mid morning - red grapes
    Lunch - 2 roti, soya chunks curry, 1 boiled egg(white only)
    Multi vitamins
    mid noon - canteloupes
    dinner - 2 dosa, 1 left over vada
    1 cup boost(following Kirthi :rotfl)
    Vit D3

    My day was fruitful today since I exercised.

    45mins tread mill - inclination walk
    inclination run - burnt 300+calories
    modern mom hip ex
    air cycling
    arms workout with dumbells
    finally, cycling for 10mins

    Am going to check my wt tomorrow. Checked it sometime back & I weighed too low. I think I've lost few lbs. Let me check on empty stomach tomorrow morning.

    mrng boiled egg n tea
    lunch idli sambhar
    had 2 onion begal...

    Dinner egg curry n roti
    water 5 glass had 2 parle g biscuit one granole bar..

    i dont know why i eat so much..n the worst part no gym..no mrng walk no honey lemon water..:-(
