@shobana I guess each baby reacts differently to it. My friend gave painless vaccinations for her baby. There was no pain, no swelling, no fever after the vaccine shots. But for another friend's baby, there was no pain, no fever but there was slight swelling.
For my DS, Slight pain and slight swelling but no fever. its different each time and depends how the vaccine was given. Sometimes no swelling, but he never had fever due to them touch wood.
