    has anyof you achieved weight loss following jillian's videos? her dvd reviews are all telling of majorly toning up while only very few of them hav some weight loss.

    Hi SGA ,

    I do beginner level of the workouts at my own pace . Last year I tried 30 day shred and Ripped in 30 and gave up twice . Slowly you can start .

    -- I cannot do pushups ; I do it on my knees
    -- Cardio ciruits that are tough for me , I replace it with jumping jacks , high ropes .
    -- BFBM I will do only first 5 circuits .
    -- Lunges and squats I do with extra care that I do not hurt my knees .
    -- I do not miss the warm up and cool down .
    -- I wear a sports b** and a shoes compulsorily.

    You can check it on net ; Before and After pics for Jilian workouts .Very very impressive . If you ask my results , you will not be motivated to do Jilian workout.

    thanks for the reply

    .yup,i have seen the before and after pics for Jillian's workouts,and i have been working out with nmtz , bfbm or the 30 day shred weekly 3-4 times.i rotate her dvds along with any other light workouts as iam majorly looking only for tonning of abs.being in the healthy weight range i look forward for only the routine workouts with her dvds.but since 2 mths i hav been coming down by 1/2 kg per mth and hence this concern.

    Rmpriya,
    missed you and missed posting in the forum...After a 20 day break in May (with vacations), I started 30 day shred from June 11th...And after 20 days, I have completed 10 days of Level 1, 2 days of Level 2...just hoping to finish
    Level 2 before I get my periods..

    Yes, my weight too hasnt changed for last 3 mos...But I want to keep doing the exercises...Ppl who havent met me for last 6 mos are noticing the change in weight..feels good :)

    With kids at home, 20 mins is all I can fit in !! Hoping to lose some inches...

    I know I will lose weight if I change my diet pattern...but with lots happening , I plan to do it later :)

    Will come regularly here..
