Don't take Clomid before doc advice this time! Or until you see a good flow for a whole day at least! Take care.

Even i have heard about Malai Vembu leaf Juice, i am not sure what good that gives to PCOS. But it is doing something like cleansing the body, not sure about the rest. Metformin used to give several uncomfortableness in the initial period of time until the body gets stabilized with it. So, try to take it. If you find it very uncomfortable to continue, have a word with your doc, they might change the dosage or prescribe you different form of Metformin. PCOS effects are unknown until they become serious ones, so don't think you are fine since it didn't show up! Hope you will hold you LO soon! All the best!

Do yo have UTI by any chance or its just abdominal pain?
Don't think too big & scare yourself. Try to stay calm. If the pain is hard, meet the doc, they will guide you to the diagnostic phase. We as women, need to undergo several pains one way or other way. So, don't get scared with the initial phase itself. Have a word with the doc. I hope there is nothing seriously wrong in your body! My update time! Got my periods, Its not the worst cycle as the pain was bearable! Staring the new cycle hopefully!
