Are u sure its AF and not implantation bleeding? Since it stopped after some time am sure its that! When is ur AF due date?

tips for irregular ovulation with pcos:
1.take almonds,Cashewnut,Groundnut,Pista daily.
2.take 20 grams of soy beans daily.
3.take coriander chutney daily.
4.eat more garlic and onion.
5.take banana stem or flower atleast twise a week.
6.eat more flax seeds thokku or water.
7.fish
8.olive oil.
9.fish oil tablets.
10.30 min walk.
11.more fruits and veggies and greens.

hai Mimosa and ssm
the bleeding was for only an hour or so......it was bright red and light pink after tat .
i am a week late on period
actually i need to take clomid (100mg) on 2nd day , so confused whether to take it today or not.

no yaaar not yet

 

actually i had a tinge of blood in CM at 12dpo and 13dpo
after that pink discharge and bright blood yesterday and not even a drop till now
