thanks for ur tip.. i need some clarification.. How many almonds for 50g of chuschus? Do u oil the hair before applying this paste? Also, should we shampoo the hair while washing? Which conditioner do u think will best suit long hair?

Hi,

Early greying is a hereditary problem or caused due to stress. Hair dye is a big no no. The dyes contain metallic substances that are very damaging to the hair. Why dont you use an ammonia free colour, there are so many available and covers grey too!!

Thanks for curry leaves tip, but pls tell that curry leaves should be sweet, which we add in dal or sambhar or the bitter one? pls clarify!
