    Dear C,

I made idliwich for breakfast. It turned out great. Lunch is bisinela bath, Mysore rasam, potato fry and banana chips, your avatar tempted me to make chips:) All items turned out super tasty and nothing is left over now. Made chocolates that too turned out easy as usual. First batch came well, for the second batch, I used lotus white chocolate, after double boiler method, it didn't turn out saucy, instead it was more like a sticky dough or chewing gum!! I tried adding little butter but it didn't budge and I had to throw it away!! Is it the brand? I always use Morde, never had this issue!! Please give some ideas to use the left over lotus white chocolate :(

    Varloo,
    Thanks.
Special thanks to you for referring me to the Currimboys shop in Anna nagar.
Friends, in the basement of that shop there is a section called Passionate Baking which stores many many bakeware & all that we use for chocolates.
It is sooooooo good, I have never seen such wide range anywhere in Chennai. Those who want to buy bakeware, please go there. Widest range in sillicon which I find ideal for baking, though costly. But it is a lifetime investment!!
If you go to Anna nagar, please do not miss out on that basement shop!!

    Thanks for the FBs!!
I first bought one lot of Lotus white choc from Nilgiris which was super good!! Thereafter the batches, I bought were so bad, just like what you write.
I just grate & used it all up as toppingg, choicelessly!!

    Chitramma,

I made Sprouts Stir fry yesterday and carrot raitha and had it with left over vethakuzhumbu for lunch. Happy to have finished leftovers;)

I had oats upma with vegetables for brekafast today. Lunch today is Spicy Sprouts Pulao. It smelt divine when making! Yet to taste. Mostly, dinner would be morkali. I have been aching for it!

    Love,
    Arch
