I loved your work , hats off to you. Am also into art so I can very well understand the importance of hard work and efforts you have put up in your work and not to forget your love for ur sister is also reflected from your work
Can we get tips on how to create such wonderful brazilian embroidery if possible for you to share I would like to try my hand on it

really great work.but where have you made all these designs, in the saree or for wall hangings?.because all the designs are with different look.

I did these for cushion covers.After seeing the finished product( My photos are not good.I do not know how to diffuse flash light etc) my sister did not feel like using it for cushion covers.She is going to frame them and keep them for ever!!!

Wats the size of the needle???

I heard Anchor co. threads r used for dis type of emb. One colour cost is Rs.40.

Is it so???

I have used Cone threads.It is rayon thread.We can do these type of dimensional designs with anchor pearl cotton threads also. .In Brazilian embroidery as a rule they use rayon threads.In olden days these threads were manufactured in Brazil.Now it is manufactures in US also.They are called Edmar threads. They come in various thickness.These threads are not available in India.We get cone threads which are very similar to Edmar threads.these threads come in only one thickness.They are also rayon threads.The machine embroidery threads are also rayon threads.
