IMO, it is always good if husband and wife can both lift/at least drag :rotfl each other. Romance aside, I'd definitely want to be able to lift/drag my husband to a safer place or bed, if he is ever immobilized during emergencies (fire, Earthquake, Sudden Health problems etc) and I'd like my husband to be able to handle my immobilized body when I am in trouble too.

Better to stay fit and 'lift-able' - for all practical purposes I guess :)

And Psst..Yes..I have a pic of my husband lifting me on the Golden Gate Bridge (San Francisco), when I was in my early pregnancy with my first child some six odd years ago.

hey my husband too has lifted me with his arms twice .I am almost 80% his weight. But to be frank, I can lift my 7 yrs old daughter only with some effort. So comparing me and him, he is great right?
