    Hi Visala,

When you cook some soft rice or porridge for your baby, you can add mash avocado to it. Since it is very soft, it gets mixed with the rice.

Since avocado has a very soft flesh, it does not require cooking.

Otherwise, I normally make a dip of avocado. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed and scoop out the flesh. Blend it in a mixie with 2-3 cloves of garlic and lemon juice. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Drizzle some olive oil on it. You can serve this dip with nachos, french fries or even potato chips. It also goes well with roasted or grilled chicken, baked fish etc.

You can also add the mashed avocado to your chapati dough for nutritious chapatis.

    Yes dear Shree...

I mean the same. Guacamole is the spanish name for the avocado dip. I somehow find it very easy and also goes well with many items.

    Smrati.....
This dip can be kept in the refigerator for abour 2-3 days. Keep covered with cling-film or in a tightly covered container. Am glad you liked the recipe. You can add chilli flakes if you want to spice it up!!!

    Varloo....
Do try it out. I hope you will like it...

    dear Sudha,

    Avacado shake is very simple,
you need avacado -1,it should be soft when you press it,peel the avacado and take the flesh.
add fresh milk or milk power, little water ,and sugar(if required).
grind in the mixi(it will be thick ),add water and grind again to loose it as per your consistency.
    its really tasty.
