    Dear SK,
About 7-8 Tablespoons of paste will be OK.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Manju,
I think, you have steamed it overtime. When steady steam comes, 5-7 mts steaming is enough. Otherwise dryness will set in.
Anything dirty is negative energy ! That is why, some people must have told you. Atleast pour water & do not allow them to become dry. It will be easy for you to wash also. There is nothing wrong.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Chithra ma'am
I would like to know some of the recipes for the side dishes, without onion and garlic. I dont use onions at home, so not able to do much for chapathis or puris. Please let me know.

    Dear Chithra,

In the lime-greenchilies-ginger pickle you've given, I have a small doubt regarding the use of lime. The lime we get here are bigger (koyya pazam size??) than the one we get in India. Should I reduce the number of lime or just follow the recepie you've given? Will try it out today, after seeing your bathil. Also, from the photo, it looks like lemon and not lime, shd I just use lime?

    Regards.
