    just lie on bed and not to turn and move ?

    It means not shaking/stretching/moving your body much.Just lay down with legs elevated(or not) and relax.
    Keep few basic things(like water,snacks..) nearby and then and there you can walk slowly.

    Hi Susheela,

    Please dont read internet and confuse yourself.if possible try to lie down on your left.drink more and more water.eat your normal diet or any other foods that you are comfortable with.avoid heaty foods/fruits.

    Hi ladies,
    My update is I am scheduled for blood preg testing tomorrow 11 days after ET. This morning I started bleeding. This is my second IVF procedure and the first time similar occured where I was bleeding. I am still trying to stay positive....anyone with similar experiences? I have done everything this time per the book.... rest, fluids, less stress, acupuncture, even Garbaka ghee came on time of procedure!!.....
    i know both dh and i have given this try our all... the rest is up to God and I hope he looking down at us and blesses us....

    Please dont loose hope.It could be for good reasons like implantation bleeding.I have seen a similar experience from a known person and later it turned out to a BFP.My sincere prayers for you to get BFP this time

    I have alsi heard success cases. Have you read the story of Infinitehopes in IL, she did bleed the day before test and tested positve. Pray to almighty and I wish you sticky baby dust, adding you in my prayers.
